Had an awesome stay in Kyoto! The room was spacious and very well-maintained. Loved the nice traditional bathroom vibe. Only downside was the spotty Wi-Fi—got a bit frustrating! But overall, totally recommend it. Perfect spot for exploring!

I had a decent stay overall. The traditional bathroom added a nice touch, and the room was well-maintained. However, I faced issues with the lack of natural light in the room and an alarming incident where the fire alarm announcement was only in Japanese, making it confusing during the evacuation.

Functional on-site laundry facilities made it easy to keep things fresh during a longer stay.

The breakfast buffet left much to be desired for vegetarians, with limited options for those who don't eat meat. Additionally, the laundry room struggled during peak times, with not enough washing machines to accommodate guests, leading to long waits. An unexpected fire alarm announcement was only in Japanese, causing confusion during the evacuation process, especially for non-Japanese speakers.

I was super impressed by the staff's helpfulness (shoutout to the front desk for circling the best spots on my map! ). The room was spacious and clean, easily fitting my luggage and even had a nice soaking tub to unwind after a long day. The on-site laundry was a lifesaver too!

Everything exceeded my hopes.

definitely want to stay in that area again

The room was really spacious with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the nice soaking tub and the complimentary slippers. Spa facilities were great too—enjoyed the hot spring bath and sauna. Conveniently close to Kyoto Station and had everything I needed for a comfy stay.
